Cancellations and Refunds 

Cancellation penalties are determined as follows:

• 30 days or more before the trip: 100% refund

• 7-29 days before the trip: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund

Cancellation of Planning Services

If the Client chooses not to proceed with bookings after receiving the itinerary proposal, no refund of the planning fee will be provided.

If the Client cancels planning services after work has begun, the planning fee remains non-refundable.
 

Cancellation by Traveler

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Unless otherwise specified:

• deposits are non-refundable

• service fees are non-refundable

• supplier cancellation penalties may apply

• unused portions of the itinerary are non-refundable after departure

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to supplier recovery and cancellation terms.
