A Signature Tour is one of our hosted small-group adventures designed exclusively by Scenic Route Travel.

These tours include carefully selected hotels, activities, transportation, and memorable dining experiences, allowing guests to simply arrive and enjoy.

Booking

How do I reserve my spot?

Simply click Reserve Your Spot on the tour page and complete the booking form.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Because our tours are intentionally small, we recommend booking early.

How many people are on each tour?

Most Scenic Route Travel Signature Tours are limited to  6 guests.

Keeping our groups small allows for a more personal, relaxed, and enjoyable experience.

Can I travel solo?

Absolutely!

Many of our guests travel on their own.

Single accommodations are available for an additional supplement, or on select tours we may be able to help match solo travelers who wish to share a room.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes.

After your initial deposit, we'll provide a payment schedule leading up to your final payment date.

What is included in the tour price?

Each itinerary is different, but generally includes:

Flights

Do I book my own flights?

You can!

We're also happy to assist with flight arrangements if you'd prefer.

We'll provide recommended arrival and departure times so everyone arrives on schedule.

When should I arrive?

Each itinerary includes recommended arrival and departure windows.

We recommend arriving early enough to comfortably participate in the welcome activities.

How active are your tours?

Our tours are designed for travelers who enjoy exploring.

Most days include walking through towns, museums, markets, or attractions.

Activity levels are listed on each itinerary so you can choose the trip that's right for you.

Are your tours accessible?

Some destinations are more accessible than others.

Changes & Cancellations

What happens if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions and varies depending on the timing of your cancellation and supplier policies.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

What if Scenic Route Travel has to cancel a tour?

If we cancel a tour due to insufficient participation or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive the options outlined in your booking agreement, which may include a refund of payments made to Scenic Route Travel or the opportunity to transfer to another tour, subject to supplier terms.

Travel Insurance

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes.

We strongly encourage every traveler to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation.

Before You Travel

When will I receive my final travel documents?

You'll receive your final itinerary, hotel information, packing suggestions, emergency contacts, and other travel documents approximately 2–4 weeks before departure.

What should I pack?

We'll send a destination-specific packing guide before your trip with recommendations based on the weather, activities, and local customs.
